Go Dog Go!

Today was Kirkland’s Go Dog Go festival.  This festival has traditionally been held by KDOG (a non-profit organization attempting to build an off-leash dog park in Kirkland.  Can you believe Kirkland does not have one yet????)  Sean is the webmaster for KDOG and devotes a lot of time and energy building and maintaining their website.  He also attends most KDOG events and meetings. 
This year the city of Kirkland took over Go Dog Go!  Sean signed us up to volunteer with both KDOG and the city of Kirkland.  We had a small break in between the dog walk, volunteering at the KDOG booth and volunteering with the city to watch the Frisbee competition and to walk around and visit the various stands.  After our break the city put us to work directing traffic.  Sean was kind enough to take pictures of me directing :)
We had lots of fun spending the day with the people and puppies of Kirkland.  Can’t wait until next year!
